Really does help

Great to use with BIO-TE Pellets
I have Bio-Te pellets done and need DIM so that the testosterone in the pellets doesn't convert to estrogen. These DIM vitamins help with that and I've been using these for awhile now. They work. DIM was recommended by my gynecologist.

Works well
I like this DIM more than the ones I tried in the past because it is very gentle and effective. This is my second bottle and I noticed a difference when I ran out. It helps with moods and hormonal balance. I will order again!

too soon to tell
I just started taking these. At first I took 1 too many and had headaches. Don't take more then recommended dosage. The headaches immediately disappeared once I took 1 per day instead of two. Honestly, I am not sure if it is helping or benefiting me in any way but I have no side effects. I will update if I notice anything.

Struggling with acne
So I struggle with acne pretty bad, I’ve tried every product it feels like. I’ve spent all kinds of money on so many different things to fight acne. Never been to a dermatologist because of health insurance. I’ve thought of all the possibilities of why I could have acne. I noticed recently that when my time of the month comes around my skin breaks out terribly and then clears up some after it’s over. Then I was reading up on hormone imbalances, which I’ve thought about before but never attempted anything with that subject. Finally I came across these vitamins. And I’ve been using these for about a week now and I’ve noticed a tremendous difference in my skin and my moods as well. The real test is when that time of the month comes around again. Well see 🤗

Good supplement
I am currently using this product I’m not sure what it is doing for me in other ways internally. but I don’t have cramps etc and no more breakouts on my jaw Line where normally you have normal acne
