Yes. The clear on "frozen" finishes meet the same standards, and G Wash is recommended for use with their coatings.

Is this body shop safe ? Can I use this in fresh paint .. and are there any silicones in it

As far as I know it is since they are no abrasive in it however just to be sure you can contact a ceramic pro coating specialist, go on youtube or just google it. I use it because I had my car ceramic coated and it does not damage the coating. I would have to say it is safe to use after the paint is cured.

How much do you add to a foam cannon? My chemical guys Cannon has a line on the side but it seems like a ton of product.

Check your settings. There are also inserts to reduce the amount of water going through the cannon to make soap use efficient if you have too powerful of a pressure washer
