Using for inducing lactation but itโs already proving to be a great health supplement!
I was worried because Iโd heard these kind of things can taste bitter and gross. However, this tastes great! It took a couple samples to adjust to having that much yeast flavor in my mouth (if youโve never eaten straight up yeast, you may need to brace yourself for the first taste) but it didnโt taste bitter AT ALL. Iโm taking it as a health supplement as well as trying to induce lactation. I add it to oatmeal and it just makes it taste and feel like a bread pudding or something which is fine. I can add it to smoothies and barely taste it. Itโs definitely best in meals that involve cheese, meats, bread, beans and/or sauces. But to be perfectly honest, I can easily pour a scoop of this into my mouth, chew a little and swallow! Itโs not a flavor I crave but it doesnโt taste bad at all. Definitely, definitely recommend! Just after a week of taking my skin seems to be clearing up, I have more energy, and while this wasnโt ever an issue for me itโs kept me super regular as a bonus. Canโt speak for its performance as a galactagogue yet but Iโm optimistic! Definitely add this to your diet if youโd like an extra boost of vitamins and nutrients!
