Q: Are these wipes vegan & cruelty-free? (made from plant-based ingredients & not tested on animals?

These are not tested on animals. But not plant based either. They look to be vegan. I won’t use them because of a few of the ingredients, the EDTA etc.

Q: Where is this manufactured?

Packaging says they are manufactured in China.

Q: can you heat them in the microwave?

I’m not looking at the packaging right now, but I do not see why not. I would take them out of any packaging, wrap loosely in a paper towel, and heat on a VERY LOW temperature. Personally, I will probably try heating at 40% for about 15 seconds. That formula can always be tweaked and perfected with practice. When removing from microwave, WATCH OUT FOR STEAM! IT BURNS FLESH.
