I've got psoriatic arthritis. Boron is supposed to help relieve pain. Can't say I notice the difference. But as far as the product is concerned, it's great, like with all products from NOW foods

I am a male 199 pounds well trained, 1 pill was great for me, I will soon do t test to see how it goes now, last time i checked it was 727ng

As suggested, taking a mixture of Glucosamine + MSM + Calcium + magnesium + Vitamin D + (BORON) corrected my bone weakness and joints pain, back pain... for my surprise, adding ginseng to my daily routine gave me a boost to all blood circulation, specially peripheral blood circulation, which also eased my diabetic foot problem. you still need a DOCTOR's prescription, especially with HYPERTENTION.
