The tea works
You know how sometimes you eat a little too much cabbage, or brussel sprouts, or something just doesn't sit right and you're super gassy? Well I started trying this tea to see if it would help...and it really does the trick. You do need to let it steep but it quickly starts to settle things down, which is a god send. It has a nice mild mint and almost licorice type taste, which I find pleasant. I've bought it multiple times its so good.

Works great!!!
Let me preface this review by saying that I am not a "hot" beverage drinker. Still, in the past few months, I have been having difficulties with gas and stomach bloating. Simethicone, the default treatment, does not help with my recent bloating difficulties. My pharmacist suggested a few products, but they were all based on simethicone as the primary ingredient and provided no relief. I order most of my supplements and vitamins via Amazon, so I researched my difficulties and came up with this product. This tea is a lifesaver! It's the only thing I have tried that totally relieves my symptoms. It takes about 13 mins to make, 3 to boil water in my microwave and 10 more to allow the tea to steep. Before I get even half of it down, I can feel the difference. The heat seems to get my gut moving rather quickly, while the tea itself calms the gas, bloating and even the nausea I often experience as an added bonus. When it comes to medications, vitamins and supplements I always like to point out YEMV (Your Experience May Vary). Despite that caveat, I believe this tea will help nearly anyone who uses it for it's stated purposes.

works for gas
A tea that reduces occasional gas. They also make a pill form with the same ingredients. Nice to have on hand.

Gaia tea really works for gas and bloating
I prefer not to pop pills and decided to try this tea. Well, it works fast and it's great tasting as a beverage as well. I'm sold on the product and will get more when I run out. The only con is that it's rather expensive. There are 20 teabags in the 1.41 oz package; it's caffeine-free. Product of Italy and the label says organic and ecologically harvested. Ingredients contain 400 mg of licorice root so check with your doctor if you have any medical condition or if breast-feeding. Other ingredients include fennel seed, chamomile, star anise, caraway seed, peppermint. Great product.

Gas Challenges
Who in their right mind wants to write a review and admit that they have issues with gas? The reason I'm writing this is that it was an issue and this product really works. As someone who falls off the gluten free diet on a consistent basis and then has consequences of discomfort............ I've found that drinking a cup of tea in the morning really helps--and if there is a possibility that an event might have food that creates painful bloating, drinking a cup prior to eating helps. The fact that Amazon's price is lower than the local Whole Foods and Prime brings it to my door---just an added bonus.

IT WORKS!
I get so tired of buying products that don't work for me. This tea is great! It actually helps with gas and bloating within a minimal amount of time. The taste is ok, minty, not fabulous but it works and that's what matters to me.

Really Works & fast!
This stuff works and it works fast! And, it still manages not to taste horrible. I not only keep it on hand at home, I also carry one in my purse, and, keep one in my lunch-bag that I take to work. If you've got digestive issues, get some; you'll be glad you did.
