Expensive but what can you do this is a necessary device
My mom's the user of this but I've been attending her bedside for quite a while now it's a good machine it makes a little noise you know as I walk by I hear it all the time little bit annoying but what can you do it's the actual external catheters that are the spending part I can't see someone buying using three of those a day on an ongoing basis that's just $600 a month

It was a perfect replacement for the original pure wick canister that I had for the last 90 days. Would highly recommend this for those in need.

Missing clear plastic connector on lid to tubing.
I have been using my Purewick for about two years. When I ordered the replacement canister and tubing, the L shaped connector that attaches to the long tubing and lid of canister was missing. It is a hard clear plastic that attaches to the connector on the side. I’ll try to call Purewick to see if they will send as shows on as photos.
