I've been using this tape for my dislocated shoulder for a while. It does actually relieve certain symptoms and gives more mobility. Adhesive is superb and lasts me up to 5 day's when applied. I recommend that you submerge the taped up area in water when taking off though.

Have tried different brands and so far my favourite. Very flexible, more durable. Thougj would like it to have more adhesion when in the pool, always comes out. While in the shower it doesn't happen. It's not the chepeast but the 3 pack is a very good value.

I've tried a few. Kinseology tapes but this one is the best it sticks really well and stays on in water.

Excellent pre-cut k-tape which makes it really easy to apply. I bought both the black and blue versions and very happy with both. I bought these to tape my 17 year old son’s ankle that he sprained (with directions from a sister who is a physiotherapist). The tape has held for at least 3 days each time even through multiple showers. You do need to apply the tape correctly, so get advice from an expert or watch some YouTube videos. The colours are great if that matters (did for my son that didn’t want to use the pink ones I had!). Truly great tape. Note: I had an issue with my order, but the customer service was 5 stars and they fixed the issue very quickly. I will definitely order from this company again.

Used other brands of tape cheap and expensive ones and so far this tape is working well for me, I use it for knee and elbow support, so need it to stick well and give the support I need and its not let me down.

Good long lasting adhesion

After my Dr. used this on my back I decided to order. I used it primarily for a painful knot in my Achilles trendon. It stays put for 5 days even through showering & hot tub! Diminishes pain. Hubby uses it on his knee & it helps without the bulky knee brace but can be worn together. Amazing & mysterious. Even gives a link for a download of a guide book that shows instructions on how & where to place tape.

I thought KT Tape was ok, but it didn’t last very long. So I went on the search and found FlexU, and decided it was worth a try. It’s breathable, adheres well and is priced well, but most of all it works! Because it is made of different material, expect it to be stretchier. I’m short = shorter arms. So when taping my wrist I have to cut an inch off the end, because of how stretchy it is.
