I found that the compression in the brace did help the knee pain but as I was wearing it when walking it did tend to slip around if I wore it for a long period. I feel that this support would be better for the calf than the knee as it move around less when you flexed your knee as it does not have any hole for the knee cap to go through.

Slips off
This isn't very good. There are no instructions on how to properly make us eof it, and when I have tried it it slips and keeps slipping so gave up.
