It’s way to expensive

Not sure how to replace
The bike seems sturdy and easy to assemble. However, the handlebar is stiff to turn, and I can't figure out how to request a replacement for it. Please help. Thanks.

There are no brakes on this bike as it doesn't have pedals- it's a balance bike for little kids to learn on. The Strider bike was easy to assemble and the size is adjustable for years of growing. Color is accurate.
