I’m so confused first Jack showed up no foot pad no pin motor and wiring cracked. So we plan on returning it cause we had a trip coming. I installed it with the old motor ordered another one and talk to Lippert because we can’t reach anybody at Amazon they said yes no problem. Send pictures. without returning the first one second Jack arrived and it is Jack only but it has the foot pad and pin but no motorlippert got back to me and said you can see on the box that it is labeled Jack only this is the part number for the motor you will need well that’s $599 in the Jack assembly is 528 I’m confused. Why was it shown with the motor and shipped with it then? Just look at the reviews. Every person has either missing parts or messed up boxes or broken parts. It’s a lot of money. I just don’t know what to do next. They say it’s supposed to be Jack only well why did the second one show up with a foot pad and pin?

Exactly what I needed. Works great. Easy to install. Now my 5th wheel levels itself. Price was not bad either. Fits my 2021 Brookstone.

This is the complete front landing gear assembly (either side) used by Keystone Montana 5th Wheel campers. It is extremely easy to replace the old one with this, just 2 bolts. The square body rests between two welded plates and the bolts are to clamp it in position. Mobile RV repair can cost $800 or more to come to you and up to $1200 to troubleshoot and replace. I know I called 4 and got those numbers. I ordered it in Prime and it took about an hour to remove the broken one and install the new one. I ordered the entire leg as it included the motor, which by itself cost over $400. I now have a spare motor. You only need a 9/16" wrench, a 10mm wrench, and a friendly neighbor named Dave to help place it in position. It is heavy and I needed help as I have had a stroke. Great buy and easy fix.

I bought two of these jacks. They are poorly packaged by the OEM. The jack assembly caused serious damage to the motors inside both packages. Initially I started a return with Amazon. I also contacted Lippert and processed damage claims. Lippert shipped out two new replacement motors and they were very well packaged. Both jack assemblies were fine. Once Lippert shipped out the replacement motors, I cancelled the Amazon Returns you can't You can't take it off the photo. That's already been taken Can I text Suzanne Leonardo ducer dot mine? Can you sleep well because you've been put to sleep? Sorry, I was thinking, right. Yeah, it's a little. I have screams like there's all the scissors making back.. Jacks are replacing 9 year old jacks after one catastrophically failed.
