We are very happy.We have had no bad service to date. I did order a computer and when i started to set it up, there were no usable information and it was not somthing I wanted to spend a lot of time on my own and no help. we dicided to send this one back and ordered one that we worked with for a long time. Nice computer however the keyboard is setup for the UK which can create some issues for typists, it is possible to put it in either US or UK mode, but that does not change the position of the physical keys.

If problem hard path to follow to fix. Enclosed ii pic of box that was damaged an taped. Also left side of computer screen which is slightly separated from casement frame compared to right side which is fine.

Nice and space saving.
This is a good computer. Dealing with Microsoft is always a pain to get it started. It is great for Zoom meetings.

European keyboard… Shipped to a United States address! Absolutely pointless
So far, I think it’ll be fine. Issue is they sent me a European keyboard that does me absolutely zero good since I registered the computer for the United States… Because I live in the United States… It was shipped to the United States… But packed with European supplies. Be very cautious before ordering a computer from here… Unless of course you live in Europe, then you might be OK.

Wrong keyboard.
Runs real good but they sent me a foreign keyboard. Called product support and they said they would send a replacement. We’ ll see.
