P2419HC - LED Monitor - Full HD (1080P) - 24"

I bought this monitor for connection to my laptop and I would like to point out one bit of confusion. This is NOT a USB powered monitor even if connected from your computer to USB-C port on the monitor. The monitor itself MUST be plugged in. On the plus side, there is no brick adapter... it is a straight power cable like those you typically see on a standard PC. That said, if you have a Thunderbolt port, the monitor will keep your PC charged. So effectively you can still run your laptop with only the USB-C cable connected. There is no need for a separate charger assuming your laptop supports charging via the USB-C port. I'm running an LG Gram 17 and that's exactly how it is working. Beyond the connection confusion, the monitor is beautiful and worth every penny.

This is a great monitor with a great stand. It's priced higher than other similar monitors, but the cost difference is probably all in the stand. The USB hub is nice too. With a good cable, the USB A ports power my pi3 well, and when I use it with my desktop, the extra usb ports are helpful there too. It has an HDMI in, and a display port in and out for daisy chaining. I wish it had two HDMI ports instead.

I bought the Samsung Curved and this monitor to make a decision for my home office. Whereas the curved is nice and draws you in, it couldn’t hold a candle to the sharp text on the dell. It was significant. The Dell is a little on the heavier side compared to some of the ultra thin monitors but I like that the height is adjustable and it can swivel vertically if I wanted to. The size is perfect for my small desk. 27” offers more bells and whistles but it’s way too big. I’m very happy with the Dell. I only wish a curved monitor can have all the features and clarity as the Dell. Dell wins! Plus the hub is nice for thumb drives.

Good color, text is clear, fits great on my smallish desk. A big upgrade from my previous display. BUT, the cable does not fit snugly in my MacBook Air USB-C port, and the only way to keep it connected is to prop the cable up at the MacBoo Air’s port. I edit in the living room on week nights, and hook my MacBook Air up to the display the next morning to review and it is a constant hassle to reconnect. The added cost of a certified replacement thunderbolt cable negates the initial savings. Seller got back to me within a few days and replaced the faulty cable.

pulled the monitor out of the box, added the stand and the cables. Connected it to my laptop with the cable that also powers the laptop turned it on was prompted to set power option for laptop and all was good. Being able to display on the laptop and an external monitor is great for work the screen is a good size and the picture quality is very good.

Updated monitor with great picture quality. I bought it for its usb-c connectivity and usb hub. Overall it’s great I don’t need a charger for my Laptop and phone anymore. It looks bigger for a 24 inch size and I find it amazing for work.

This is our 2019 go to monitor for one size fits all for SMB feature and pricing. Cheaper to order via Dell premier vs Amazon. We also order U2519HC as a luxury upgrade. Also a nice monitor. Well, Dell is up to it old tricks, the monitor is very good deserves quality rating,BUT ----- DELL put in an OLD STAND in the box! This monitor stand was DESIGNED and MADE for the 2417 monitor -- YES -- built all the way back in 2017, yet THIS monitor was BUILT AND SOLD in 2019! To make is WORSE the U2319h monitor --does have the better designed stand!!-- YES -- built in 2019-- just like the P2419hc!! I was REALLY counting on the newer design for my work station! This is just a TYPICAL GARBAGE ---switch move on Dell's part --and they KNOW IT! They were smart enough to stamp the OLD stand with the 2419hc in small numbers on this crap stand! This STILL is NOT ACCEPTABLE --- AT ALL!! This is NOT the STAND that ON the DELL SITE -- is SHOWN in a VIDEO with the P2419hc-- right on DELLS OWN SITE! The stand they sent with this monitor is NOT the correct stand. They EVEN SHOW the CORRECT stand on their OWN web site, WITH this monitor! For those of you NOT familiar with this kind of BAD BUSINESS behavior from DELL, IT USED TO BE VERY COMMON. Dell's business practices used to be SO BAD, it WAS a leading issue in their sales just getting crushed AND they DELISTED themselves ( went private) because NO ONE was buying their computers or parts! They stayed private for years, and worked on getting their act together!! WELL -- it LOOKS like Dell --- is back to its OLD self! Nice bait and switch DELL, just typical your business dealings, guess you DIDN'T REALLY CHANGE!

Superb Monitor! One cable, USB Type-C to my laptop as explained on DEL website - Thats it!. Laptop gets charged from Monitor Type-C Cable (supplied), extends display from laptop to the monitor, There are 4 USB ports on monitor, all these are extended and i have checked all and all are fully functional. Wait, as explained on Dell website, the Dell P2419HC Extends Display Port daisy chain into one more Dell Monitor. DP Cable also supplied. 1) I have old Dell monitor. Old DELL 21" Monitor gets DisplayPort connected from New Monitor daisy chained as explained above. 2) Laptop Cable: Type-C Cable to DELL P2419HC - Thats it!. Power, Data, Display are covered. 2) Dell Monitor ( P2419HC) Cable : 1) Power 2) Type-C Cable to Laptop 3) DP Cable to my Dell 21" Monitor 3) Old 21" Monitor : a) Power Cable 2) DP cable to New Monitor ( P2419HC) Total Cables: (A) 2x Power Cables to each monitors; (B) Type C-USB cable to Laptop; (C) DP Cable from DELL P2419HC to My another Dell Monitor I have now 3 screens. Laptop + P2419HC (24" Dell Monitor) + Dell Old 21" monitor My old monitor is also excellent quality. Anti glare, UP/Down movement, Tilt, vertical or horizontal placement, with DP, HDMI, USBx4 data USB for extension etc. This monitor is expensive but quality is exemplary. Much better than my old Dell Monitor. No not placebo, but side-by-side its excellent. Great sharpness, easy on eyes for long hours with minimum bezel which make the new 24" looks smaller than my old 21" monitor. Very Happy

仕事用に使用しているのでゲーム等の評価は出来ませんが。会社のラップトップPCをUSB PDで繋ぐだけで充電とモニター接続が同時にできるので便利。

I bought 4 monitor from the seller , one of them the USB C is not working , i though it was a cable problem but when i bought anther two i discovered that it the monitor port, unfortunately the warranty finsh is there a way to fix it

Super agile, flexible, clear and light. Best monitor screen I've used with more than 10 years working in various offices. Added bonus is the Portrait view which you can rotate. Also added bonus if you have macbook. Plug USB-C to monitor also acts as batter charge on the macbook.
