I ordered this pillow mainly for leg elevation and back pain. The memory foam is firm enough to give real support but still comfortable, so my legs don’t sink too much or feel strained. And it certainly provides the support I need for m neck and back pain. It keeps my legs at a good height, which helps with circulation, I have also noticed less pressure on my lower back when I’m lying down or sitting up reading or watching tv. The shape makes it versatile—I’ve used it behind my back for reading and even under my knees for extra support. It holds its shape well and doesn’t go flat after repeated use. The cover feels soft and looks clean in black, which is nice if you keep it out on the bed or couch. Overall, it’s a simple, supportive pillow that works really well for elevating legs and adding comfort.
