Very nice

This fits the 3 M butterfly mop and as usual does not have any flaws. My only issue is the packing , the spong I guess is sourced from a supplier who sends its within a plastic packed. The fools who attach the locking plates simply screw them over the plastic marking it very difficult to get the plastic packet off in one piece and in one minute. I guess it’s important that 3m saves their time and money , else how will this ever be so reasonably priced!. This might just be the last time I buy a refill , time to buy more economical copy cat products

The sponge quality and the experience of cleaning with it is amazing and it cleans the surface flawless. I have been using this since past 10 years or so. Fo better upgradation, if the sponge's thickness is reduced and made it like a flat mop to cover the large area by increasing it's surface area, then it will be more convenient to use.

I’ve been using your mop for quite some time, and while the original design is very good and user-friendly, the current execution of the refill system is extremely disappointing. Earlier, mop refills used to last for several months. However, now they barely last a few days. The main issue seems to be the fastening mechanism — the mop head is secured with a very small screw that does not hold properly. As a result, the mop head frequently detaches from the handle during use. To continue using the product, I had to tie the mop head with a string. This workaround is inconvenient and significantly reduces the cleaning efficiency, defeating the purpose of the product. It’s frustrating because the core product is excellent, but this poor design change in fastening has made it unreliable and wasteful. It feels like money is being wasted on refills that don’t last. I strongly urge your technical/design team to revisit and improve the fastening mechanism. A more robust and durable fixing solution would restore the product’s quality and user trust. If you are genuinely interested in improving this product, I would be happy to share more detailed feedback based on my experience.

The sponge peeled off from the plastic holder after barely using it for 5 months. The sponge is fixed to the plastic holder with 2 small screws which don't hold it well while using the mop. It did work well initially and dries off water after mopping the floor quickly.

The REFILL HEAD needs changing only every 3-4 years - it still remains absorbent but the screws holding it to its plate start giving way. I use it for one of our washrooms to dry/remove any water spills on the floor for which this mop does an excellent job in the easiest way possible. Used to buy the REFILL HEADS from the odd chain stores in the malls but invariably used to get units which were manufactured/packed at least 3-4 years back. Getting one first time from Amazon, I was pleasantly surprised that for once I have a fresh unit - just a few months old rather than a few years. It can be stored comfortably for a long period now to replace as and when needed.
