Taigear Right Hand Tactical Gear Belt Holster - Black

Bought this to modify for my ATI FXH 45 with red dot mounted sight....There are very few holsters that will fit this polymer framed gun because of the built in rail beneath the barrel...this worked out perfect with the red dot mounted and no mods needed so am very happy with this low dollar purchase that looks well made too. Recommended to anyone needing a universal style holster. Good quality/fast shipping/fits right/low price....What's not to like?

Bought this holster to replace the one that I accidentally left at the range. Fits my Sig Sp2200 perfectly. Also successfully tested it on my Gen 2 Glock 23. Fits comfortably on the hip (and would probably do well on the back (though both of those pistols are too large to carry like that for long). The holster placement, on your belt, allows you to effortlously wear it all day long. The side magazine pouch snugly holds a good size clip; The elastic around the mag pouch would hold it in (even if the top velcro flap was left unfastened). Def a well done design that I would have expected in a much pricer holster. I'm ordering a second one for the wife. Two things to be aware of is this holster is not a Taigear one: 1. It's a Fidragon one (not that it really mattered to me). 2. I'm convinced this is an airsoft gun holster. But those 2 things don't bother me at all, given how well the product, actually, performs (so I can't ding it any stars).

This came missing the item logo and is not sewn together right. The Velcro gives when I put my 1911 in the holster letting it slide too far into the holster. I bought the same brand lefthand holster and it is perfect.

Great holster. High quality and durable material. It fits both my full size 1911 and compact 9mm. The magazine pouch fits a double stack 9mm mag. The belt strap is velcro and can adjust up to a 2.75" belt. The holster stays very secure on the belt. But be aware since it's velcro, the holster does not goes on or comes off the belt easily. It was intended to stay on the belt securely after attaching it.

I own several pistols equipped wit laser sights. It is very difficult to find a holster that will accomodate a laser equipped pistol. I am a deer hunter. The areas that I hunt has some very bad hogs. I have had some close encounters on the way to a stand before daylight. In close quarters it is hard to maneuver a hunting rifle. For that reason I carry my Sig 250 Compact .40 S&W. This holster is perfect for this pistol and should work for any medium frame auto. It has a strap that secures the pistol very well. The strap release works fairly rapidly with one hand. For the price and quality you can't go wrong.

This is my first side holster and I really like it. It's lightweight yet sturdy. The velcro and click-buckle straps hold firm and give you easy, one-hand access to your weapon and extra magazine pocket. There's plenty of options for belt usage and fastening. I am using a S&W SD9VE and it fits nicely without too much "slop" or play. I'm sure this holster would also accommodate many other 9mm/10mm/40 and 45ACP handguns of similar size. There's a pocket on the "front" of the holster for an extra magazine with plenty of space for almost any 9mm/10mm/40/45ACP magazine.

The retention strap disconnects only on the outside of the holster. If you try to quickly unsnap the strap and draw, you are gripping the strap. You must unsnap, or unbuckle, and move the strap out of the way to the other side of the grip. The snap should have been on the back of the grip, to the inside, so that you could unsnap with your thumb and the straps would naturally flip out of the way. The UTG LE holster here on Amazon (ASIN: B002TUSRWW) is one example. The holster is well made. It is not ambidextrous, it is right hand draw only, but the belt attachment is secure and versatile. The spare magazine pouch is excellent, having an elastic strap as well as a velcro closure, both designed to securely hold almost any standard capacity pistol magazine. I wish this mag pouch was on ambidextrous holsters with good retention strap designs.

I have a Smith & Wesson M&P 45 Compact (version 1) with a Streamlight TLR-3 light mounted. Brand new, its a snug fit but it does fit. Overall, I like the materials & construction of holster. I'm using this to guard the trigger of my nightstand gun. I don't intend to carry with it, but with the right belt it looks like it would work fine. At under $7, its a great value. I'm buying another for the nightstand gun on the other side.
