These lat pulldown cable attachments are some of the best I’ve ever used. The bearings are incredibly smooth, and the overall construction is top-notch. I would absolutely purchase them again. From the moment I started inspecting each piece, the build quality stood out. Everything is cut with precision, and the 30 mm handles are exactly as advertised—they feel much more comfortable compared to smaller options on the market. The powder coat has a slightly rough texture, but it’s clearly built for durability. Honestly, these put some big-name brands to shame. The bearings are high quality and operate very smoothly, and the stainless steel selector knob feels solid and dialed in perfectly. What really sets these apart for me is the rotating handles. Due to past injuries and general wear and tear, I sometimes need workarounds to complete exercises. These attachments make that easy. I can lock them in place when I want to target a specific muscle group, or take full advantage of the swivel for a more natural range of motion. That flexibility is a huge plus. I also want to give credit to the company. I have no affiliation and received no compensation, but their customer service deserves recognition. When I first purchased the bars, I reached out with a few questions and suggestions out of curiosity. These lat bars are the best things I've ever esed in a gym. I leave the handles free-spinning during my exercises because throughout the range of motion of a pull exercise your hands prefer different positions at different times sometimes. These are a godsend on shoulder, elbow and wrist joints because there are never locked into a fixed position. Top notch quality, machined and put together very well. I just wish they made a 36 inch version for wide lat pulldowns.

For the price is this honestly a great set of equipment for pulling movements. I appreciate the thicker grips compared to other similar options out there. It loses some points for two things. On the widest bar the adjustment pin was jammed on one of the handles out of the box. I had to use pliers to get moving and it still felt “gummed” up. A little bit of 3-in-1 oil fixed it up and no problems since. It also had some of the adjustments stickers peeling off on one of the handles. Minor things. For the price, feel, and function it’s still a great buy. Just don’t expect Rep or Rogue quality

Good bars but the design caused me elbow pain. The handles are too far out to the side. The ones at the gym are 2-3 from each corner. Have no elbow pain the plate loaded machines at the gym with rotating handles.

The set arrived very well‑packaged, and the rotating handles—a big plus for me because it eliminate unnecessary wrist strain during pulldowns and rows. The knurled grip is on the more aggressive side, which I personally prefer since it gives a solid, confident hold.Yes, the price is a bit higher compared to similar options, but the build quality and overall design feel superior. I also appreciate that the angle selections are clearly numbered, something the competing models don’t offer. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase—it looks great, performs well, and feels like a long‑term upgrade to my training setup.

They work great

These work really great for the price and feel like they will last a long time. The only issue is quality control. I had to request an exchange for a new pair because about half of the pop pins didn’t work in the first set. I got the second set and it had the exact same issue. Luckily I still had the original set and was able to swap the good pop pins out of one a for the bad pins on the other. I now have a full set of working attachments with pop pins that aren’t broken.

I love the knurling on these and the swivel ) lock functions are invaluable for a home gym. Feel like I replace 4 other attachments with this. IT IS NOT COMFORTABLE FOR BICEP CURLS which is why a star is removed. When doing curls the top of your wrist will snag into the metal bar and it's very uncomfortable. Anything back, or tricep these are a solid win.
