Review: Bed doesn't lie flat, customer service can't assist - This hospital bed worked well for the first 7 months, but then it suddenly got stuck while reclining and wouldn’t go back to the flat position. We spent a lot of money on this bed, hoping it would last for years, but it broke far too soon. When we reached out to customer service, they were unhelpful and gave us no clear solution. They said it might take a long time to send someone to fix it. We’re very frustrated with the product’s quality and the poor customer service. Do not recommend.
