I found out through bloodwork that I was super low on B vitamins. My primary suggested I search for a strong liquid vitamin to take daily and I landed here. I can affirm that if you're already low on B vitamins you will definitely notice an improvement right away within the first few days of starting on this supplement. My brain fog very noticeably cleared up, and instead of waking up in the morning feeling like a zombie I felt like I ACTUALLY rested at night and can now easily accomplish morning tasks that I struggled with immensely prior to taking this. I honestly can't believe what a difference it makes in my focus and mental processing. I agree with some other reviewers in that it's not like coffee and won't give a "buzz" (especially if you're not low on b vitamins to begin with), but at the end of the work day you will find that you still have the energy to interact with your loved ones and can stay up past 8:00pm whereas before you were probably already burnt out, fuzzy-headed, and craving a nap by lunchtime.

This B-Complex is really great. The taste is a bit tart and oddly sweet, but I can handle that. After prolonged use, I noticed that my energy levels were picking up and overall I felt really good. I have mood imbalances due to digestive issues, but this B-Complex really helps me out. I can definitely tell when I've forgotten to take it in the mornings. I also take this because it helps with my adrenal/thyroid fatigue, and also because I get easily stressed out and have a pretty stressful job. Stress depletes the body very quickly of the B vitamins so I want to make sure that I am keeping my B levels up. I like that this does not contain sugar and does contain pretty good ingredients. I also trust this brand and appreciate the pricing, compared to other very similar products that cost way more than this. One 16 fl oz bottle, at taking one full tablespoon of the liquid sublingually everyday, lasts several months. I definitely recommend!

I've been really enjoying this for the past few weeks and have noticed a burst in energy and I am not getting cloudy feeling in the middle of the day. If you are vegan, or don't get a lot of animal products you most definitely need to have a B supplement and this is a great way to do it. This is a good price for the size. I just put it into a smaller dropper bottle and keep it in the fridge so that I can just drop it into my mouth. Let it sit for a minute and then swallow. It tastes kind of medicine-like but not too terrible by any means. I do have to take 5mL of this as opposed to the 1mL of another brand, but this includes a lot more variety of B vitamins so I see that as a positive but just keep in mind when comparing size and pricing. Overall very pleased and would repurchase!

Seriously, you're all complaining about it tasting like cough syrup? What are you five? Wahh mommy it tastes bad I'm not gonna take my vitamins! It is B-12. Throw back 2 full spoons of this in the morning, drink some juice, even some water after, the taste is LITERALLY gone, and you are spry awake and energize THE REST OF YOUR DAY. IT is packed with every B nutrient you could want and a bunch of other stuff your body needs and you are complaining like children about the taste?? Well stop mixing into drinks and take it like an adult. Quick and painless. Its the best bang for your buck not to mention it packs more of the goods than any other brand does.
