I bought this bulb just over 3 years ago and it was doing perfectly but now the bulb has gone. It has a lifespan of 25000 hours and I used it on average 6-8 hours a day, surely I should have a few more years of it left? Will be requesting a refund/replacement.

Bad reliability
Brought in September failed in May. Not a quality product.

Bulb failed within 2 months. No option to return as faulty item.
