Use This Almost Every Day
I hurt my shoulders throwing freight at a local hardware store more than 10 years ago and then had several re-injuries from slipping on ice while delivering newspapers and all that jazz. I have had constant issues since. I have done virtually everything short of surgery to get things to be even a little better. Enter this shoulder brace. Now I have had other shoulder braces and arm slings but they all seemed to fall short in giving the actual support that my shoulder needed, so to say I was skeptical would be an understatement. I had really just gotten to the point of figuring that I was going to just have to live with the pain in my shoulder until I could afford the surgery. It just so happened that I was having a really bad shoulder day when this brace was delivered. I opened the package, had my wife help me put it on, and it was almost instant relief. The way the cuff sits and holds my arm and really takes the pressure off my labrum is extraordinary. It is robust enough to really give the support that I need, while being comfortable enough to wear virtually all day. I wear it under my shirt to work almost every day where I work at a desk in front of a computer. Being a photographer in my spare time, I wear the brace on shoots as well. The brace is flexible enough to give me the range of motion that I need to get the shots I want while still giving me the support I need when I need it. Coming from someone who has suffered massive shoulder injuries and has dealt with the pain and limitations that come from that for over a decade, this brace is by far the best solution I have seen short of going under the knife.

Fit and mobility
Bought for extra support while at work and working out until my shoulder wasn't sore anymore. I partially knocked my should out of socket and didn't want to have to miss a bunch of work or working out. This holds it in place great and gives the little extra support I needed. I was worried about the size and placement of the strap being a female with more up top than the man in the picture. It works well though. I am able to adjust the straps to the perfect placement. It gives support without being restricted. You don't even really notice if under mg scrubs either.

Not for smaller women
I'm 5'9" & weigh 135. The arm adjustment is so long it gets bunched up under the arm. Very uncomfortable. Not for thin arms.

Absolutely worth the purchase
I purchased this shoulder brace because of chronic shoulder pain, but ended up testing it the day after it arrived because of neck and shoulder pain after sleeping wrong. After using it that evening, everything was definitely feeling much better. I wore it again the next day for several hours, and was able to use my arm as needed, and now feel almost fully recovered. The brace was very easy to use, fits well, is well made, and does what it should.

Rotator Cuff Post-op...
I was able to replace my sling with this brace (consulted with surgeon first) It gives me the support and stability that I need in between physical therapy sessions as well as giving some relief from rehabbing/recovery pains. Easy to put on & more comfortable than I expected.

Not comfortable
I have a sprained rotator cuff tried this but it kept going into my neck when I was just sitting. It was also uncomfortable across the chest.

Not recommended for big chested women.
The brace works and does help with my shoulder pain. However it's not very comfortable to wear. Being a big chested woman it cuts right across my chest making it very noticeable that I'm wearing it. Also when moving my left arm (my injured shoulder) it causes the strap under my right arm to slide up and dig in to my arm pit. It also shows when wearing a tshirt but that is most likely because of my small stature.
