Just moved into a super sketchy building in the Lower East Side, Manhattan where 50% of our deliveries have been stolen thus far! One delivery, in particular was box 2 of 2 of my MSmask bed frame. I engaged with the MSmask customer service team who replaced the missing box at no charge. Followed up with me to ensure I got my product and was with me the entire time until completion. Simply don't see customer service like this any more. The product was super easy to assemble - clear instructions and everything was marked clearly. Bed frame is nice quality and we couldn't be more happy. Thank you MSmask!!

It says they recommend two people build it and after building it by myself, I know why! It took a lot of hand strength but after working on it for hours, it looks pretty solid! Definitely recommend (with two people, save your hands)! The directions were easy to follow and all the tools I needed were included. I also really enjoy the look of it! 10/10

Lots of parts left over, which is unsettling. The baskets for the drawers are too small, unfortunately that's my biggest complaint. Other than that, I love the bedframe, it's well made and sturdy and a very beautiful design. I just wish that the drawers were bigger because we lost a lot of our drawer space with this new bed frame. Oh and one more thing. My husband loves the lighting. I didn't realize all the things it can do and the different colors that it has, he had way too much fun with that part LOL

We were very hesitant on purchasing because of the reviews regarding the struggles of putting it together. We found it to be very easy to put together. Directions were clear pieces were marked very well. I think the quality of the frame and the headboard is better than I expected and my daughter loves it.

i bought this thinking it was an all wood bed frame. NO! it is literally a metal bed frame with cheap wood over top of the metal. i was tricked on the quality but after having it up it’s sturdy and very cute but not what i thought i was getting.

Okay I will say the bed frame is exactly how it look and the picture at first I did have trouble with delivery but contacted the seller and they got right to it come to find out it was a Amazon mistake me and hubby enjoy the bed the assembling was great happy all the piece and screws was there I have 3 more but in twin size I hope it is as simple as the full

Very cute, matched decor in bedroom. It was pretty easy to put together but you do need two people to do so. Solid, good storage. So far we love it.

Never buy this item. It was not represented as they described. It was not easy to put together. There are about 100 screws and the holes did not always line up. After putting the frames half way together we realized parts were damaged. It was a nightmare trying to deal with this 3rd party vendor. Again learned my lesson to never buy from this company and never buy from 3rd party vendor. Amazon was not helpful in getting a refund
