How often should I replace the filter cartridge?

We recommend replacing the cartridge every 3-4 months lor sooner based on water usage)to ensure your shower fiter maintains optinal fitration performance.

After using it for a period of time, the water pressure decreases. What is the reason? How can I fix it?

The reason for the decreased water pressure is that poo water quality has clogged the shower filter cartridge, resulting in lower water pressure. The fitercartridge needs to be replaced to restore strong water flow.

Should I use a TDS meter to test water quality?

TDS meters detect positively charged salts and impurities in water. However dsinfection chemicals like chlorine and chloramine do not afect water conductivity-so TDS meters CANNOT measure these key contaminants.
