The overall design of this propane torch makes it very easy to use. The metal on it is thicker than other comparable products, the body is heavier, and the plastic casing is thick. The red push lock/unlock button is easily identifiable and only take a simple press to engage and disengage. The flame adjusting knob sits on top and is a simple turn mechanism. The boost feature definitely works well. A simple press of the trigger is all it takes. I did have trouble with the push button ignition, noting that it took several tries before the propane fuel ignited. Once lit, the flame is very strong on this gun. Whatever you are using it for, it will do the job. I deducted one star because of the ignition issue. Overall, this is a very well constructed adjustable flame thrower gun at its current price point. Definitely keep it out of reach of children. In fact, I’d suggest storing the propane canister well away from the gun if you have kids around.

This flamethrower is pretty wild. It is a lot larger than I expected, but it is super easy to ignite, and it creates a flame that is consistent, reliable, and very easy to adjust. It is extremely effective for everything from lighting your grill to searing steaks to flame weeding in your garden- just be careful! The flame is pretty strong! Attaching the fuel tank was easy, and I appreciate that it has a safety lock. Also, I have to admit, it looks pretty cool when you are using it. Overall, it's a great product, but keep in mind- this is no creme brulee torch, regardless of the photo they include in the product description!

ITS A FLAMETHROWER! How Cool is that? Actually really cool. It is so easy to screw on a cheap propane bottle available almost anywhere and fire up your own flamethrower. I have already used to melt ice, start a bonfire, and make smores out on the patio without starting a fire. It puts out a ton of flame and lots of heat, lights in an instant with trigger pull, yet has a safety like a gun to prevent accidental discharge = great fun!

This propane torch works exactly as expected. It ignites quickly, produces a strong and consistent flame, and feels solid in hand. The flame control is smooth and responsive, making it easy to adjust the intensity depending on the task. It connects securely to the propane tank and doesn’t leak. The only con is it’s a little on the pricey side compared to other similar styles.

This thing is slick! Works perfect and is good quality! Great fun and is perfect for starting the fire for burning boxes in out burn can. I highly recommend.

Despite being no name, this brand makes decent products. Like another torch and an electric brush, this torch performs well. Trigger pull lights it. It lights consistently and reliability. Flame is consistent. It's fun and faster than using a match or flint to start a fire. It's definitely a bit much for s'mores use, but it is fun and roasts the marshmallows quickly. It does a decent job for charred veggies and charring meats. This combined with the sous vide machine makes for some great tender food while still having the seared/charred exterior that a water bath by itself just can't offer. It's small, light enough that 1 hand operation, control, and stability is easy.
