This has been in use now for a few months and most importantly it has not bent, I was worried since it has an hinge and even though I am not at the weight limit I’m a larger person. It is lightweight and easy to move between the front and back lofts. Perfect for my needs

The stairs were perfect for the loft in my garage. Easy to assemble, just the feet and hooks. Sturdy. The larger gap between steps posed no problem once you are aware of it. The handles help when going down.

cheaply made, definitely not worth $400. I doubt it will hold 330 as advertised. Looks much better on the picture rather than assembled. it a shame, amazon is flooded with stuff like this.

I am not very handy, but after contacting customer service, they promptly provided me with an installation video on YouTube. Because it can be folded, this loft ladder is very suitable for narrow loft entrances and easy to store. I would recommend it to others.
