Reports on the wireless route seemed very hit and miss (and much more expensive) and so I bit the bullet and ran 20m of Cat 6 cable. In conjunction with a Cablesson 2 way HDMI splitter box, the result is a perfect HD picture and audio on the remote TV, plus the IR blasters work well too so I can also control the Sky Box from the remote room. Excellent result! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works as promised *by E***. on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 February 2015* I bought this extender to replace an older one that failed after about 30 months of use. The previous one was also an HDelity, but without 3d compatibility. This one is smaller and appears to be well built. The only issue I found with this new design is that the device tends to work at higher temperatures than the older model. For now, anyway, it works flawlessly, extending hd video over cat 5e cable together with IR signal. No problems with any audio video device.
