It is worth bearing in mind that it does contain vitamin C, zinc and copper, so if you are already consuming high amounts of these nutrients through your diet, you may want to consider an alternative without them added. From what I have researched, ingredients like lutein and zeaxanthin are commonly used in eye health formulas and are widely linked to supporting vision, so it is reassuring to see them included here in a solid amount alongside supporting vitamins. A lot of similar products include additional extras, but this one focuses on the core nutrients most often associated with eye support. The softgel form also makes it much easier to take than some of the alternatives I have tried, so overall I am very happy with it and find it both convenient and reliable as part of my daily routine.👍

With macular degeneration a family condition, these capsules are helping me keep my sight a little longer. Large capsules but easy to swallow I am convinced they are keeping my eyes healthier, and they were recommended to my mum by her eye consultant, admittedly a few years ago. They are not cheap, but well worth it if I remain sighted.
