JOIN ASH AND PIKACHU IN THREE THEATRICAL POKEMON ADVENTURES! Movie 1 Giovanni, the leader of Team Rocket, had ambitious plans to take over the world, involving his latest experiment, a powerful clone of Mew—Mewtwo. Mewtwo is very powerful, and also very smart—smart enough to not want to be controlled by Giovanni. It escaped from the lab, and now Mewtwo begins to concoct its own scheme, clandestinely inviting a number of Pokemon Trainers to the ultimate test. Of course, if it's an event for talented Trainers, Ash Ketchum will be right in the front row! Ash's excitement turns to fear and anger when Mewtwo reveals its plan for domination, creating powerful clones of all of the kids' Pokemon so it can even the ""imbalance"" between Pokemon and their Trainers. Despite Ash's protests, Mewtwo refuses to believe that Pokemon and people can be friends. But faced with the determination of a young Trainer and the love of his Pokemon, Mewtwo just might have to reconsider, especially when pitted against the power of the mysterious Mew! Movie 2 Ash and his friends are on their journey through the Orange Islands—but even this seemingly quiet chain of islands dotted throughout the waters far south of Kanto has its own mysteries, adventures, and Legendary Pokemon! Lawrence III certainly knows it, which is why he's now traveling to the different islands and capturing the three Legendary birds—Moltres, Articuno, and Zapdos. But even with all their power, those three are merely a stepping stone to an even greater prize: Lugia, the guardian of the sea! Of course, Ash is completely unaware of all this when he arrives at his latest destination. The islanders have big plans for him, too, but nothing so sinister—they want him to take part in a ceremony to gather three elemental balls from different islands. When the weather across the world goes out of control, this task takes on a new importance, as the capture of the Legendary birds has thrown the environment out of balance. With Lugia's help, can Ash be the ""chosen one"" that everyone turns to? Movie 3 Little Molly Hale has always led a lonely life—but things only get worse for her when the long-lost Unown cause her father to mysteriously vanish one day. But things start to seem brighter when the power of the Unown starts to change the world around her into a fantasy land. She soon lives in a crystal palace, and has the Legendary Entei as a dad! There's only one thing missing from the equation—a mother. So Molly ends up claiming someone else's mom for her very own: Delia Ketchum, Ash's mom! Ash was expecting to have a fun time in the town of Greenfield, but now he must venture into a vast crystal wasteland in order to rescue the person who means the most to him. Brock, Misty, and Pikachu are right there by his side, but it won't be easy—Molly wants to stay in her fantasy world forever, and Entei will do whatever it takes to make that happen! Just received my DVD yesterday and watched all the movies. DVD arrived safe there were no visible scratches or smudges on the DVD. Also the movies all played well no issues at all. Would recommend if you want the movies especially because I couldn’t find them on any streaming services without paying more to watch them. Thanks. 😊

My husband is a huge pokemon. Can as was I when I was little. We’ve slowly been collecting all the movies and tv shows that we can, it came brand new in the case, not opened, not scratched, still sealed. My daughter loves these!

Loved Pokémon sense I was kid nice lil addition to getting all of ashes adventure on dvd even the canon ones box came in good condition disk were new over all everything was perfect

The metal case was a bit dented. I’m sure it happened in transit so I’m only knocking one star. Good quality product otherwise.

Catch'em All 3 On Blu-ray Steelbook
Pokemon The First Movie is a movie I have on VHS, DVD(2016 release), and now in a Blu-ray Steelbook. It's one of my favorite childhood movies that I'm glad to see on Blu-ray. Most of the complaints are about the 2.0 audio and the video quality is no better than what's on the DVD release, but to me having it on a Blu-ray is nice. Blu-ray's are said to be more scratch and warp resistant and have a longer lifetime than DVD's. Another common complaint I read is how it doesn't include the Pikachu shorts, but personally I never liked those anyway so no big deal there to me. However, I still have the VHS if I ever want to annoy myself. lol jk . This Steelbook does lack bonus features and I do like to watch interviews with the voice cast and writers and such, but the only bonuses to buying this steelbook are 1. Steelbook 2. Blu-ray. Even though it could've been better with bonus features I'm just glad to have it on Blu-ray and I still give it a 5/5. I only paid $19.99 for mine and honestly I wouldn't pay anymore than that for it. I waited for months for the price to drop from $34.99 to $19.99. If you can get it for $19.99 I definitely recommend it. -Kyle

Ho acquistato questa raccolta di DVD ben conscio del fatto che fossero solo in lingua inglese, perciò la mia valutazione negativa non si basa sul fatto che non sia presente la lingua italiana (benchè sia una grossa delusione la non esistenza di una versione nostrana di questi tre primi film Pokemon, ma tant'è...). I DVD infatti presentano numerosi altri difetti che non mi permettono di consigliare l'acquisto nemmeno a chi come me l'inglese lo mastica. Andiamo per ordine: - Comparto video appena accettabile, se non fosse per il formato 16:9 non si vedrebbe la differenza con le vecchie versioni VHS. - Audio Inglese 2.0 di una piattezza disarmante, anche qui si vede come tutto sia stato fatto al risparmio. Niente surround, canale LFE inesistente, ancora una volta sembra di ascoltare l'audio di una vecchia VHS. - Menù di tutti i dischi che non sono altro che immagini statiche tutto pixellate a bassissima risoluzione. - NESSUN SOTTOTITOLO, nè in inglese nè tantomeno in altre lingue. - E per concludere: NESSUN EXTRA. Volevate rivedervi i vecchi corti che accompagnavano i film? Attaccatevi. Qui non ci sono, e mai ci saranno. Un'edizione pessima, che mi fa essere felice solo di una cosa, cioè di non aver comprato la versione Bluray, che a leggere le recensioni ha tutti i difetti della versione DVD, ma costa tre volte tanto.
