The reason I bought this was I developed serious inflammation and stiffness in my hip, upper leg joints on my one leg and knee pain. I have a job where I’m at the computer many hours a day. It is always hard to judge if a supplement works well. Based on the description, it is a good product and easy to absorb. The only downside is the pills are big so if you are not good at swallowing big pills, you should take it by itself and don't combine with a few other pills.

Quality tumeric from a great company. A little pricey but Garden Of Life makes high quality supplements. You get what you pay for. I take one every day with Garden of Life Men's Multivitamin and feel much better. My pain has went down in my back and knees about 80% with regular use from this tumeric. I have tried different turmeric brands with minimal results. I would highly recommend you try this one out.

I will be taking Letrazole following breast cancer for 5 years. One of the side effects of the drug is painful joints. Pain in my knees, elbows and lower back were getting steadily worse and I was tempted to discontinue taking the meds. My oncologist suggested I try turmeric with black pepper and also tart cherry juice. She said to give it about 3 weeks to see if it would work for me. It took only 2 days! Its been about 6 months and I have almost zero pain now! I mostly take just turmeric (3X a day--pricey but SO worth it) and drink the cherry juice (mixed into tea) a few times a week. Many people I know gave up on the 'cancer' meds and don't believe me that this works, but it truly can. Please try this before throwing in the towel.
