Purchased 3 of these. Only 2 arrived. Amazon refunded my money for the 1 omitted drive. Horrible packaging for shipping. Then, there are no instructions or any info in the boxes. The drives come - not completely installed. There are tiny screws and a tiny screw driver and an end-piece to assemble and then there is an additional nut and round screw thing that I have NO idea about where it goes. I put this thing together and plugged it into my PC and Wallah! I now have 4 removable disks showing. 3 of the disk ID's show ZERO capacity and the 4th disk ID shows about 128 GBs. This for a 2 TB (2000 GBs) advertised drive. Windows not able to format the drives. Oh Well, thank the Lord for Amazon, 'cause I can return these for a refund. I received 1 black and did order 2 silver, but only got the one silver. These two drives that I did get are not worth the time I spent fussing around with these things. No info at the Sellers Amazon Page.

It's just a case not a hard drive. It can hold a hard drive but it is does not include one.

As with another reviewer. This 2TB SSD shipped from China with no SSD just a case. So Returning it.

Dead on arrival. Computer refuses to acknowledge its existence.

Very reliable, SSD so it doesn't heat up, very easy to use and the size is great. The design is great also. Just plug in and you're ready to go.
