CAP Olympic Bumper Weight Set 2 inch | 100 kg | Multiple Options

I’ve been using the CAP Barbell Olympic Bumper Plates (100–370 lb set) for quite a while now, and overall, I’m really impressed with their quality and performance. The plates have a great, consistent bounce to them and feel solid and well-constructed. Even with heavy, regular use, they’ve held up perfectly—no gouges in rubber coating, cracks, chips, or concerns about durability. Pros: - Excellent bounce and shock absorption - Sturdy, well-built design - Durable under heavy and frequent use - Great value for the price Cons: - Strong rubber odor out of the box—needs to be aired out - Plates have an oily residue that should be wiped down before first use Summary: Despite the initial smell and cleaning required, these plates perform exceptionally well and are definitely worth recommending to anyone looking for reliable bumper plates.

These weights are great for the price, fit on my barbell and cable machine just fine. They do come a little oily so beware of that as it does have a faint scent that wears off after a little bit. So far, so good no complaints!

Solid. Yes to smell and oilness, but aren’t all plates and dumbbells like that? I wiped it down with dish soap and letting them air out in garage. Otherwise they look and feel great, can’t wait to use them.

They’re weights… they work. Only downside is how horrendously they smell when they arrive, I understand it’s to prevent rusting in transit, but man… it’s awful. Gave them a good wash, but they’re going to have to spend a few days outside. Just be prepared to not use these indoors the first few days.

Great quality for the price for sure. They came packed well and promptly, but they were awfully oily coming out of the package(I’m sure it was for longevity purposes). But had to wipe them down before using them in the gym because they were so slick. Extremely solid plates, good for a variety of exercises. And I weighed each plate myself and all seemed to be accurate. Will buy again.
