Helped with baby reflux
I used these when my 1 month old had reflux. I crushed up half a tablet, dissolved it in breastmilk, syringed it up with a tiny colostrum syringe, and slowly gave it to him towards the inside of his cheek towards the end of his feeds a few times a day. I was worried to try on a new baby obviously but his reflux was so bad I had to try something, I feel like it helped. I did lots of research on the salts first though to make sure, which I'd recommended anyone reading this to do. Also know, if you're struggling, most baby reflux will resolve itself around 3 months, so keep powering through, you'll get there.

Very useful acid neutraliser
This is another most useful Schuessler tissue salt. It is an acid neutraliser, meaning that it provides an acidic/alkaline balance in the blood and body (It is not an anti-acid for excess stomach acid though it is helpful in this respect too). It has a very soothing effect on the stomach and by establishing a proper acidity balance throughout the system it prevents arthritis and also balances stomach acid.

Sodium Phosphate (Nat Phos) is precursor involved in the body to production of an antacid for the intestines for the acid coming from the stomach contents, because to this the tablets take three days, possibly more in some cases, to take effect. The symptoms that suggest the need for these tablets is a jelly substance in the stalls (poo) and flatulence (farting). The small tablets only contain one part in a million of Sodium Phosphate, but they work; like a lot of things neat Sodium Phosphate would be harmful to the body.
