I'm 5'9 and weight 320. Would these fit for me?

Depends how thick your thighs are. I'd say they might not fit. We're about the same height and I'm half that weight and they are kind of snug on me. They do stretch a lot though. But I wouldn't want you to waste your money.

Are these solid like tights, or more of a fishnet material?

Hello, these are sheer tights with a crackle print overlay. These are not fishnets.

I am 5'3 usually wear shirts size small to xsmall. In pants I'm usually anywhere from a 0 to a 00. I want to know what size would fit me best..

Hello good morning. This is only one size. In This case it World fit you perfectly.

Where can I find the Queen size?

Hi there, Unfortunately this style is only available in One Size. Feel free to check out other tights that have Queen size :) Thank you!
