This book was made with a collaboration of Kent's, Crowe's and Preston's heart. I received this right away and was baffled, as it was as if it was never opened since it was sealed up and indeed first edition published in 2016. With it came a thank you note and my eyes teared up as I imagined the care that went into preserving it and sending it with such a kind message. I took my time to absorb each motion captured and read what happened on this trip Kent took with Bowie during an interesting period of time I think is not easily understood but can be felt through these photos. This love letter of a book deserves far more love and the seller does too. Review: Such a great book of pictures - Such a great book of pictures. I'm enjoying seeing all the different photos of this gorgeous man in his Thin White Duke era. This is a fine book, indeed and I'm happy to have it. To be able to see how this character was created is revelatory. I only wish there was a "punters version" of all the photos that Sukita-san took over the years, or of Geoff McCormack's book, because I simply cannot pay $15K each for those!

Great book during a different time including quotes.
If you are interested in the time before the Cold War ended, this book tells some interesting stories, coming from one of Bowie’s trusted photographers at the time. For any fan is packed with photos more than stories.

This book was for a birthday present for someone who loves David Bowie and it really made their day indeed. I in particular loved the way it arrived with the promptness that was promised and the packaging was so secure and you could see that a great deal of thought and expertise was used in the forwarding to Australia. The book itself was a wonderful composition of his life in beautifully presented photography and I can highly recommend it to any one who likes David Bowie.

Must have assoluto per i fan di David.
