i have walked 700 kms now using these socks while carrying a 15-20 kg alice pack and have been very surprised with the fit and comfort of the darn tough socks. the terrain included grass, sand, very rocky ground and steep incline/declines. i did take a number of other types and brands of socks with me initially but every time the darn tough socks dried out after rinsing them i would put them back on. now i do not bother taking any other brand of socks. these darn tough socks are just that.

I bought this to make fun of rich people spending their money on stupid things, but after wearing these socks for one day I now sigh deeply whenever I have to put on cotton socks.Do not buy these unless you want to blow your rent money upgrading your entire sock drawer, going back is impossible.

I just want to start by saying that I don't think any single pair of socks should cost $25. With that said, these are easily the most comfortable socks I've ever worn and I love all of their colors/designs. I'm hoping they last years.
