Mixes with liquids really fast for a protein shake or smoothie when combined with fruits or vegetables. Very convenient size and a strong vanilla taste. I also use it in baking for a protein hit. Works well in cookies, scones or anything that needs protein and a taste of vanilla. I do recommend it. It shipped quickly and came in excellent condition. The re-closable top helps it stay fresh too. I did not have any clumping problems,

I needed a combination whey and casein protein powder for a new Ninja Creami recipe I wanted to try. After some research, I settled on PEScience Select Protein Powder. I was curious to see whether, as the recipe promised, a blend of whey and casein would work better than either protein alone. My understanding is that the casein provides a rich, creamy mouthfeel, while the whey balances that density by adding a lighter, soft-serve-like texture. This protein powder came highly recommended for its flavor, protein content, and reasonable calorie count. It mixes well with both almond milk and Fairlife 0% Fat Milk, and it made some very tasty high-protein, low-calorie ice cream. The texture was definitely superior to the whey-only protein powders I've tried. I also appreciated being able to purchase a 5-serving package before committing to a large container. Many brands offer single-serving samples, but they tend to be more expensive per serving, and one serving isn't always enough to thoroughly evaluate a product. PEScience is the only brand I've found that offers these 5-serving trial sizes, providing a better value and plenty of powder for experimenting with different recipes. I can already tell this one is a keeper. My next purchase of PEScience Vanilla will be a full-size container.

I really like this protein powder as its sweet but nothing crazy like others out there. The vanilla flavor is not artificial tasting which I also love, great for shakes.

Great tasting protein that doesn't tast gritty. Smells delicious also. Just wish the bag was bigger.

So far the best tasting protein powder mix I’ve ever tasted. And it doesn’t have that bitter taste when adding fruit and blending it !
