Vanilla Soft Serve Powder Ice Cream Mix

There is a back taste that's metallic to me. I couldn't eat it. Even the texture was not as smooth as I expected. Such a disappointment.

I found that this product makes great soft serve but it is pretty sweet and strong vanilla flavoring. Typical mix is about 12 oz of powder to 1 qt of water so I have found that using 1/2 of that amount or 6 oz and use 1 qt unsweetened almond milk makes awesome ice cream at half the calories and taste great. Throw in a couple bananas, blend up and it taste wonderful. My grandkids love it. It freezes well without setting up like a block of ice.

Not good enough instructions. Tastes gross too.

Buyer beware! The front of the bag clearly says "Dairy Free" and yet the ingredients include sodium caseinate which is made from MILK and again the allergy disclosure warns the product contains milk!
