I'm a HUGE skeptic of most beauty products, as I've found a healthy diet and active lifestyle are the two most impactful changes to better skin. But as I near 40, the fine lines, pigment, and overall tone / texture are starting to bug me. A friend recommended this product and OMG I AM SO GLAD I BOUGHT IT. I've never had a facial or product that works as well as this. Never. I've been using it 3-4x a week, trying all the different setting and the tone/texture alone improved IMMEDIATELY. The bags under my eyes, drastically reduced. I will never be without this!! I also used this on my husband, who is 48, and has never taken care of his skin. Doesn't even wash his face before bed. Sunscreen, nope. Dark circles, check. Big pores, check. Rough texture, check. Basically, typical man skin. YOU GUYS.... his skin did a 180 and looks SO MUCH BETTER. I cannot tell you how huge the difference has been. Smooth texture, dramatically reduced eye circles/bags, smaller pores, even tone.... It's literally night and day. We are ZIIP fanatics now!!! Incredible device for the 40+ crowd. If you're 20... you should probably just enjoy your baby face and save your money.

I have autoimmune disease and started using the Ziip to help my swollen lymph nodes with the Lymph and Lift treatment. My sister had the device and suggested to give it a try. The treatment helped restore some energy and reduce swelling. I use the treatment several times a week and can tell the difference not only in how I feel but also my appearance. Recently, the Ziip I was gifted stopped working. I emailed Mary at Ziip customer service. She helped me troubleshoot my item. When that didn’t work, she had me send it in for a replacement. Ziip has a two year warranty on their product! It was so easy to work with Mary who was in regular contact with me about my item. The service was fast and friendly. I usually would not spend $500.00 on a beauty item, but the benefit I’ve gotten from the lymph treatment and the service I’ve received has convinced me this was money well spent. I highly recommend this product and company.

After a recommendation from a friend that raved about it, I decided to give Ziip a try. The setup was pretty straightforward given the fact that there is a user manual that details everything and an iPhone app with videos outlining each step - how to place the device, the amount of pressure to use, etc. You basically slide the device across your neck and face a few times, but follow the instructions and app, it explains it way better than I can. What kind of results did I get? Well, I can’t say it turned me back into my 20’s again, but my skin is absolutely glowing like it hasn’t in a long time. Seeing that my bi-monthly facials are easily over $100 each this product is quite the steal. I’m totally happy with the results and investment so far.

Ziip comes with a two-year worthless warranty, based on my experience. I was happy with the Ziip device for the first three months I had it, though I didn't use it that much, and then the battery clearly became weak and I could not feel the current at all on its strongest microcurrent program, Instant Gratification, nor see any effect. I contacted Ziip and sent it back and asked for a new battery. At the time I sent it back, I had 20 months left on my Ziip warranty. When I first contacted Ziip by phone, customer service immediately dismissed my complaint and said I was used to the microcurrent and so I didn't feel it. However, at the time when I received the Ziip device I was getting powerful microcurrent and nanocurrent in a spa. There was no comparison between the light microcurrent from Ziip and the powerful microcurrent in the spa, nor was I expecting it to be, but I was happy with the Ziip microcurrent for a home device and thought it useful. Then after a couple of months, Zipp's microcurrent dropped to virtually nothing. I sent it back. Ziip said it checked my device and it was fine and that I should use it anyway. Obviously Ziip believes I cannot judge if something is working or not and wants me to pretend it's working and use it. (Nanocurrent you don't really feel, but microcurrent you can feel, even weak microcurrent.) Ziip also said I bought it elsewhere and not from Ziip. Before I bought Ziip from Amazon, I checked with Ziip and was told Amazon was an authorized dealer. But now Ziip is including in its argument not to deal with my complaint that I didn't buy it from Ziip and referring me back to where I bought it. Please note that Ziip is the seller on this site, which is where I bought it from, and so there's no one else to contact about this but Ziip. I was also told by Ziip the battery is not replaceable. I guess it would mean sending me a new device, and Ziip will not do that. So I'm out $500. I've seen others on social media complain about the battery getting weak and Ziip refusing to assist. For me, Ziip's warranty proved worthless and I experienced the worst customer service. Customer service was very dismissive of my concerns and sent me back a device I said worked fine at first but no longer worked properly. I had a bad experience with Ziip.

I have been looking for a facial rejuvenation system that addresses several of my concerns. It is not easy to find such a miracle. I have done expensive laser treatments and horrible chemical peels but no luck with any improvements. How do you know if it will be legit? I don't want to buy a cheap stuff that doesn't work, which will be a waste of my money. You get what you pay for, right? After going through so many items and their reviews, I thought I would give ZIIP a try. It is pricy, but the product description and how the ZIIP was born, it sounded promising. I tried five treatments so far. The preprogrammed "Energize", "Total Clearing", "Vital Eyes", "Pigment", and "Instant Gratification". Immediately my skin got brighter and felt refreshed. But the craziest thing that I noticed was that I felt strong tingling sensation on left side of my temple area and the brand-new whiteheads came out the surface! They were hidden until I finished the treatment. It was like the ZIIP detected something that was hidden deep inside my skin and chased them out! I am curious to see if all of annoying whiteheads will disappear after several treatments. When I did "Pigment", I felt more tingling sensation where my discoloration is more noticeable. I have done IPL photo facial but it didn't work for me. I am hoping the ZIIP will do the trick. I think the device is worth the money if my concerns will be improved because the office visits can cost a lot. The only thing that I don't like is the price of gel. It is not cheap and you have to use abundance of it in order for the device to work properly. Silver gel is cheaper than gold fell, but still.... ~after 2 months of using ZIIP 4 to 5 days a week Definitely my skin seems to be brighter. It is much easier to put on the makeup and makeup color shows on my skin better and prettier. I still have the pigment and milia issues but mine is very stubborn so I think it will take a while to get the results that I am looking for. However, I can tell that those problems are improving though. Will keep using the device to see the better results. What I love about the device is that I feel so refreshed after the treatment. It feels so good especially when I treat my forehead. (I couldn't figure out how to submit my new review separately from my original one. Is there a way to do it?)

I’m in my late twenties and starting to do everything I can to take better care of my skin and incorporate preventative aging solutions into my routine. I first came across ZIIP in an article but did further research due to the price. I ended up researching Melanie Simon and her background and decided to make the investment. The first time I used the product it did take some time to set up and get acclimated with the app and the timing of the device. I definitely messed up the sequence the first time, but then eventually got the hang of it. I do the “energize treatment” which is 12 minutes once a week or when I have the time and I try to do the “vital eyes” treatment which is only 4 minutes several times a week. I work a lot and don’t always get full night sleep and the vital eyes treatment is a life saver for when I have client meetings and have to look on top of my game and not as if I was up all night preparing for the meeting. Lastly, the electric current is an oddly satisfying feeling and somewhat addictive once you get used to it.

I am beyond happy with my ZIIP facial device. It's really simple to use especially after watching the video tutorial once or twice. After one use I was able to see a difference in my skin looking brighter and more moisturized. After using it just a few times I started to notice my skin tightening. I have found it also helps with acne breakouts that I tend to get once in a while. Prior to using the ZIIP I used to go to spas and get facials every few months. The device ended up paying for itself because I just do the ZIIP treatment every few nights as opposed to paying for expensive facials that drained my wallet and time. Love the device and highly recommend!

I bought this and was using it diligently for a few weeks until i kept developing small breakouts around my mouth. I think it's probably the gold gel that's causing this, however, I didn't want to take any risk with the silver gel, so I returned the unit. The gel gives me a cooling sensation after I wash it off, not sure if that's what's causing my reactions. Personally, I would say this unit is cute and small, the app on Android isn't optimized, and you have to have location turned on for it to work, not sure why. Also, it's very hard to sync exactly the same speed as the demonstrator, so i get lost or confused at times.

The ZIIP Beauty Device is quite small - fits into the hand comfortably. You just put a fine layer of Gold Gel on & you're away - the programmes are transmitted to your mobile & you just click on 1 - click your ZIIP & it downloads in about 30 secondsc- then you follow the ladyvwho demonstrates - I was a little unsure before buying as I'm deaf/hard of hearing - but it was no problem I just follow the actions on the screen. A super device that doesn't take long at all & shows immediate & lasting benefits to your skin.

Bought the ZIIP after much research into micro current devices. I’ve had this approximately 4/5 weeks and I’m already seeing great results. My jaw is tighter, cheeks are lifted and eye bags have reduced. I use almost every day, but some days only have time for a quick 4 minute eye programme (my main area of concern). I love how you can use different programmes depending on your time schedule. Looking forward to even better results as time goes on.

Worked fine until yesterday (3 weeks after receiving). It's been charged. Carefully following instructions but not producing charge /no light coming on, despite syncing treatment and beeping to switch off. Frustrating.
