Fantastic - not meant to replace a regular stapler!
This is a fantastic niche product, not meant to replace a regular stapler. That said, it’s a fantastic for someone like me, who always has paper sheets with notes - and doesn’t want to pin-staple them. Don’t buy it as a replacement a buy it if you want to keep a few papers attached - for yourself. Not for official documents. Love it for keeping my to do lists in order!

Maximum 8-10 sheets of normal 90GSM paper
It’s a great product and must have for home / SOHO usage. The product crimps sheets of pater into one another by making small slices into it. You can detach the paper for easy scanning but can’t re crimp at the same location. As per my experience.

No staple Stapler
If you have a habit of correct stapling on the edge you need to buy this one. The staple is like a nibble but the paperwork sticks together. Is it as strong as as one with pins No! But the joint is strong. It cannot be used as ordinary staples in the sense that they are placed at the the edge only that, the edge. Should you buy it? Well yes if you seriously think of staple less I would

Complete waste of money
Absolutely ineffective in holding papers together. The design is so bad that the crimp barely comes into the paper at all. Return is not allowed so I'm stuck with it but don't waste your money.

Staple free stapler
The product is really good for craft projects and to use it with documents wherein you need to avoid damage. Definitely worth owning one.

Its a waste product
It will not work not for a couple of papers also. A small pressure will make the papers separate. It’s not safe to punch important papers and keep as they say in AD. Think twice before buying

This product is unique in Canada (meaning I have never seen it before for sale here). I was skeptical of its utility; however, after using it to attach bits of paper together that you want to keep together but don't want to have the associated bulk of a metal stapler, this worked exceptionally well. I have tried it with up to 6 sheets of approx 15 lb paper and it worked fine; despite the fact that it is only rated for 5 sheets. The device is heavy with a plastic cover with metal internals and handle. It is from Japan but made in China. The quality is very good. I use it to attach those flimsy bits of receipts together and regular 2 page statements together. The crimped paper hold is tight and creases the paper. It does not cut the paper. The depth (how deep it will go into the paper) is not a lot and maximum only about 2-3 mm but for my purposes it is GREAT.

J aime beaucoup cette agrafeuse qui ne contient pas d agrafes. Elle marque/pince les feuille de papier pour les accrocher ensemble. C est donc super, + écologique et permet un gain de place dans les classeurs.

According to an instruction this staple-free stapler works very well with up to 5 sheets of paper (tried 6 and worked also well. Just harder to take them out from the jaws of this device). There are bigger devices for bonding more documents. As the Japanese instruction on the package shows and says, best way to press paper together is to insert paper corners not the sides. It works well indeed. Also there are very small guide lines on this device for inserting "corners". Either way, corners or sides, it has to be inserted precisely. Short practice is enough to feel which way is best for you. When precisely pressed, documents are bond firmly. If multiple documents bonded this way are stacked together, they almost don't make this firm bulge as it would be with metal staples. Bond is strong but easy enough to detach in convenient way. After detaching a sheet of paper from the rest of documents a tiny part ot the paper is ripped off. This device is not a 100% substitute for strong metal staples. I my case I was looking for such a device because: I can detach in very convenient way one sheet of paper and live rest of documents to my client. No additional staples which I would have to remove anyway. No garbage, No problem with paper shredder. One more thing, there are other clever staple-free staples (presses) but this Harinacs patent makes flat bonds unlike other when they kind of loop the paper on to hole. Maybe they are stronger but they make this bulge if multiple documents are stacked together. Both have pluses and minuses. Anyway these Japanese designers rules:)
