Does this just dispense the pex or does it straighten it as well?

This PEX Uncoiler tool is used to uncoil PEX piping. It helps you dispense PEX from the roll, but is not designed for straightening.

What is the weight capacity this will be able to hold?

This PEX GUY uncoiler has been able to handle up to 100 lbs rolls with no issues.  It should be able to handle more than that if it were used for the purpose of uncoiling rolls of PEX piping.  Is there a particular weight you are planning to use this for?
