However if you have various rakes, shovels and assorted tools like the average person has you're lucky to get 5 or 6 tools hanging from this. Interestingly, the replacement unit is packaged quite differently. The entire unit is wrapped in plastic and the various hangers are attached with wire ties. The original unit was loose in the box. This suggests that Amazon shipped something that had previously been returned (or otherwise opened) and that the missing parts were not the fault of the manufacturer.Again, I will say that these are the best garden tool organizers I have used. Very strong, easy to install, hold a bunch, look good.
