It fits my dakimakura case perfectly with little slippage. As a side sleeper who typically clutches onto a stuffed animal at night, I found the transition to this pillow completely natural and far more comfortable. The stuffing is bouncy and soft, yet still supportive. While it is kind of a steep price if you're comparing it to body pillows readily available in the US, it's absolutely worth it. I had been gifted a body pillow from Target ages ago and not only was it too short for my case (that I am only moderately ashamed to admit I have), the stuffing never really bounces back after you sleep with it. Comparatively, this is wonderful, and I believe it's made of the same fabric my case is, which is cooling to the touch and silky. Initially I was worried my case would slide around due to how slippery the fabric is (the 2-way tricot, typical of dakimakura) but my concern appeared to be unfounded. Also, I have a lot of body pains (hips and my entire back), and when I cling onto this it really does help alleviate some of that, even if just temporarily. Tl;dr: highly recommend this if you're looking for a case for your anime pillow! Soft, comfortable, cooling, and worth every cent.
