Excellent product!

I started using the Designs For Health bovine-sourced whole body collagen 2 years ago, after 1st Dexa scan result was Osteoporosis. I increased exercise, improved the diet and take D3 and K2 daily. Had 2 year follow-up Dexa recently. No significant change in bone density, but that is a win for me over getting worse, bc I refused to go on Osteoporosis drugs that could cause jaw problems or fractures down the line. I also have allergies to several medications, and if I were to go on a drug and have to stop it, that would be worse for the bones. Yes, this collagen is expensive, but with it, & proper diet & exercise, I'm feeling strong, without drugs. Trail walking, several fast-walking 5ks a year energize me. My friend, whom I hadn't seen in several years, just the other day commented on how smooth my face looked (no makeup either). My hair & nails are healthier, imho. The collagen is odorless, tasteless & I stir half to 3/4 scoop into 1 cup (8 oz.) of unsweetened coconut yogurt, along with 1 full scoop of vanilla Orgain Simple protein powder and some pre-ground flaxseed, for the Omega 3s. I add in a handful of pepitas (store brand pumpkin seeds), a handful of nuts sometimes, then stir in a little cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin spice, ginger, and a few freshly-thawed blueberries and or strawberries (quickly thawed in microwave). 'Sounds like a lot of prep, but it's really quick and easy! Then I walk or do yardwork, whatever I want to do, for my body to get the most out of the collagen and protein powders. Yes, I definitely recommend this product, although it is very expensive for me to buy. Osteoporosis drugs are not for me. This collagen was recommended (over the popular one I see at our wholesale club) by my endocrinologist for bone density strength. It's pricey but I was able to get it at a lower price on Prime days. I'm using a half dose because I'm on the smaller size and hope I'm getting adequate benefit from it. I like that it's tasteless and dissolves easily.

Ante todo voy a dar mi honesta opinión sobre este producto, Este es un gran producto!! Que en mis peores días cuando pensé que mi cadera izquierda se quebraba esto fue lo único que poco a poco calmó mi dolor.¿Qué en cuantos días? Poco menos de un mes, y que como di con este producto? Ah esto se lo diría yo al fabricante. Se que no tiene un precio cómodo pero tiene tanto valor q vale la pena comprarlo, cabe señalar q yo lo tomaba en el café caliente de la mañana, es fácil de disolver y no tiene mal sabor.. lo recomiendo encarecidamente. I bought this brand of collagen to help with bone density since lots of health influencers are telling us to look for Fortibone. However, when I actually reviewed the details of the Fortibone trial, I was disappointed to learn that it was comparing it to a completely benign placebo. So my conclusion is that this product is better than no collagen, but it doesn’t tell me it’s any better than all of the less expensive alternatives. So I’m just not sure it’s worth the price. I will say it is tasteless and mixes well and if the price doesn’t matter to you, then it’s a good option.

Really good quality highly recommend

I love this collagen because makes my joints happy , especially my knees , they was the biggest complainers and now it's time for me to fly like a teenager do !! I walk a lot because I like it so I had to search for something to relief my knees and making me feel good even after long walks . Before I was using another collagen with not so good results but once I came across this one , there's no coming back !!
