Low potency
Don't fall for 550 mg label. It is only 90 mg potassium, rest mg is for Gluconate, read the label carefully. You might need to consume 6 tablets to get almost 550 mg of potassium.

Very true potency and good supplement for leg cramps at night. I get diarrhea sometimes and this helps replenish my electrolytes.

I have a tendency towards low potassium and found other products a chore to take because they were so large. Nature Made's potassium pills are smaller than others and are easy to swallow. Make sure to take it with a good amount of water to avoid stomach upset.
