Tea Forte AFRICAN SOLSTICE Loose Leaf Herbal Tea, 3.5 Ounce Tea Tin

Rooibos tea has been my favorite for years. I had this brand for the first time at an upscale restaurant and I quickly ordered it in bulk. What a wonderful relaxing and delicious blend. The slight vanilla makes it sweet enough to drink without honey. But is absolutely marvelous if you like milk + honey in your tea as well.I love the fact that rooibos also does not get bitter if you steep too long. So this makes an EXCELLENT tea for a pitcher of Iced tea.I've since ordered many other flavors of Tea Forte with their sample boxes and have not been disappointed yet with any of them. You can actually see what they put into their blends, truly loose leaf at its finest.I would recommend this blend to anyone that enjoys caffeine free herbal tea. It's very unique and you will not be disappointed!

I am a fan of hot teas, so I was a bit curious about this one. I originally saw it on the company's website and it got such great reviews that I decided to give it a try. I LOVED it. It is so smooth and pleasant, with a delicate floral flavor that is not at all "perfumey". It is not actually a tea; it is a tisane (a non-caffeinated beverage made from the infusion of herds, plants, flowers...) In this case, primarily roobios (pronounced roy-boss), a South African plant, along with other herbs and flowers. It really is delicious and well-balanced.The second time around, I bought this tea through Amazon rather than directly from the manufacturer, and saved a couple of dollars. Check prices and specials before you buy, but definitely buy it.

FIVE STARS.Other than the fact that there's not much tea in the tin, I recommend this tea to ALL you tea lovers out there. Even if you're not a tea-person, it is a subtle and delicious tea that can match almost anyone's palate. It taste very creamy and vanilla-y, but does not taste artificial. Most vanilla infused tea have this artificial taste(GROSS!) but I don't notice any artificial-ness in this tea. The tea is very sweet, but not too overpowering. There is berry and floral notes in the tea, which is always a yummy plus.This is more of a dessert-time tea or a bed-time tea because it's very sweet and creamy. I drink this when I crave sweets or need to relax to go to sleep.LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE.

African Solstice is a wonderful tea with a unique flavour. It is bold but not harsh, tasty but subtle, a blend but not a barrage of various tastes. There is a unity in this tea. Also, one of the few teas that tolerates the addition of milk or cream. And what I don't drink hot goes into the refrigerator -- very refreshing cold.It is also complementary with a broad selection of food.One cannot go wrong with African Solstice. Very highly recommended.

I bought this solely because of the reviews. Because honestly, how can a tea be rated 4.8 stars? With 90% of reviews giving 5 stars? That's like the (pagan) god of all teas. And it's aptly named Solstice! Ordinarily I stay away from rooibos like a cat from a bathtub because of its astringent qualities, but it's hardly noticeable in African Solstice. There is a delicate, yet pronounced marshmallow flavor that to me is the best part. I can see why it's one of Tea Forte's most highly rated teas. Delicious and worth the purchase.

Flavoring of this tea made with roibos and pieces of vanilla is extraordinarily good, cup after cup. It has become my favorite tea without caffeine. I also love this company's green tea with mango and peach, which has just a hint of mint. Also extraordinarily flavorful; delicious and refreshing. Tasted the African solstice in one of these company's samplers, then bought 4 canisters so I could give 3 away as gifts when visiting friends. Guess what: now I will keep 3 for myself -- maybe all 4!! Already have finished 1 canister (I drink tea all day when home) and have started the second and canisters hold a lot of loose tea. This tea does not have any but natural ingredients and no sweetness but the rich, addictive flavor of true vanilla.

I just love this tea! It's caffeine-free, so I can sip on it in the evening and not have to worry about being up half the night. I've actually switched it out for coffee in the morning, even though I love coffee and this tea doesn't have caffeine - I like it that much! It has a sort of sweet (very subtle) vanilla flavor to it that I love. Plus, the price is really reasonable and the shipping was fast. I would certainly recommend this tea. You won't be disappointed!

Ho bevuto per la prima volta questo infuso qualche mese fa a Bucarest e ne sono rimasta colpita. Venduto a carissimo prezzo in singoli filtri sul sito del produttore, non ho creduto ai miei occhi quando ho trovato questa pratica confezione ad un prezzo abbordabile su Amazon. Rapporto quantità/prezzo decisamente favorevole per gustare qualche tazza di questo meraviglioso infuso, che stempera la nota intensa del roibos in un equilibrio di sapori sempre piacevole e raffinato. Suggerisco a tutti gli appassionati di infusi e tisane di provarlo.
