**Q: Is this a seam roller for vinyl floor installation?**
A: You probably could, however, it is more applicable to the automobile sound deadening material which is a softer asphalt based material. Vinyl is denser/harder and I believe would take a lot of effort. I seem to remember the vinyl floor seam rollers had a little longer handle and wide/heavy bigger diameter roller.

**Q: will it work for laminate edge installation**
A: I used it to adhere vinyl to plywood, but I expect it would also work for laminate

**Q: Will this work on thicker fabric like jeans and canvas?**
A: It should work fine. It’s a good sturdy roller.

**Q: Is the surface a little bit tacky?**
A: No, surface is smooth and dry.
