This is a good hand held tenderiser the needle points are well protected by a spring loaded disc that moves up/down when the tenderiser is pushed against some thing that allows the needles to penetrate and the disc to moves up quite simple the needles are quite thick though so be careful how you use it to tenderise you're food or you could end up with quite a mess the handle has a good weight to it and is an all in one handle by this I mean there are no seems to it where dirt could build up for the price as I have said in the title I think it's fantastic.

Sehr stabil. Fleisch schmeckt himmlisch durch Bearbeitung mit dem Fleischzartmacher. Allerdings braucht man etwas Kraft um das Fleisch zu durchstoßen. Hier könnten die Spiesse etwas schärfer sein. Da ich aber für diesen Preis nichts besseres bekomme, gege ich fünf Punkte

This is sharp, I did not use it for tenderizing meat yet, but for making holes on the skin for pork crackling and it worked exactly as I needed it too. Looking at the build, it is sturdy, and I see no problems for it to shred through tenderizing meat.

Ich bin ein absoluter Steak-Fan. Und habe letztens einen Bericht gesehen, in dem verschiedene Methoden ausprobiert wurden, um ein Steak zart zu bekommen. Dabei war auch ein so genannter Fleischzartmacher, der am Ende auch am Besten abgeschnitten hat. Und es funktioniert! Einfach mehrmals damit in das Fleisch stechen und danach in der Steakpfanne braten. Das Fleisch ist schnell fertig, innen Medium und Butterzart. Es trocknet dadurch auch nicht aus, was ich vorher befürchtet hatte! Also alles super! Man bekommt ain leckeres saftig-zartes Steak.
