Of course it's good, but....
I love this ice cream. I started buying it for a specific reason, it doesn't have all the 'gums' that every other ice cream has. No guar gum, etc. I discovered that I am sensitive to them. They bother my stomach, so I wanted to try an ice cream that didn't have them. I looked and looked and this is the only one I found that does. BUT - it is full fat ice cream. That's saturated fat, which we are trying to avoid for health reasons. So, unfortunately, this is going to have to be a very rare treat. Sadly. I was looking for a low fat offering without the gums, but have not found one yet. And most of the low fat versions have a lot of ingredients I avoid.
