The smell of real leather! Upon receiving these boots, in retail box and packed just like in a shoe store. Seems like great quality, soles are truly non skid medium density rubber. They are comfortable even before breaking them in. My 10-1/2 normal sizing, I could have gotten away with a 10. They’re about a quarter size larger than typical so if you’re on the cuff of a size, go down 1/2 size and they’ll be perfect! However since I plan on wearing very thick motorcycling socks, the size variance will do me fine. These do NOT feel like a bargain quality piece of footwear! Very very pleased! 2/10/21 I’m still more than happy my with Nortiv8! So much so that I’ve bought now the tan full height ones! These are boots I’d expect to be paying around $80 to $120 at least. My one and only gripe is that the hook and loop zipper holder is slightly below par. It works, but just doesn’t have the bite of a name brand such as Velcro or 3M. These are puddle resistant but not 80mph in the rain on a motorcycle waterproof ;) Thank you Nortiv8!

Ich habe diese Stiefel vor etwa vier Monaten gekauft. Ich trage sie fast jeden Tag und bin sehr zufrieden. Ich war schon mehrmals wandern. Sie haben sich bewährt. Die Größe passt perfekt, ich mag es besonders, wenn Schuhe sehr gut und fest am Fuß sitzen. Ich finde, dass sie ihr Geld wert sind.

I was surprised how comfortable the boots are. I put 5 miles on them right out of the box with no pinching or rubbing issues at all, it's like they were broke in for my foot!! The side zip is great, I've never had that on boots before and it makes them really easy to put on. Also they are very light and almost like wearing tennis shoes but much more support. I fish on rocks a lot and they work great for that, much more stable than tennis shoes.

Love this boots. I took a chance on then when I order and I am in love with them. They are very comfortable and light. I really like the zipper on the side. You will not be disappointed. I do alot of walking at work and needed really good boots.
