The description may say they are but I didn't read through it very carefully. Anyway, when I pulled them out I thought, "what cheap cards, they are so thin and flimsy." Then, I realized they are plastic and I remembered previous cards I've had that are plastic and realized that is how plastic cards feel. I've come to like these cards. The only thing I don't like is that plastic cards are very slippery. You can see how they are slippery in the video. Other than they feel different than normal paper cards and are a little slippery, these cards are great. They look really good and have a really nice plastic case that fastens shut so they don't open and spill out. Great cards at a great price!
